- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup water more if desired
- 1 cup Pure Harvest coconut milk Pure Harvest Coco Quench
- ¼ cup whole rolled oats or gluten free alternative (or omit)
- 5 macadamia nuts
- ice cubes optional: for a thicker consistency
