Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 – 2 scoop vanilla SSH protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax
- 1 cup milk of your choice coconut milk is delicious here
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Frozen berries to serve
- sliced almonds to serve
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and divide into two serve containers, Place in fridge overnight to set.
- To serve, top with 1 tbsp natural yoghurt and 2 tbsp mixed fruit (if desired).
- For variation, add a scoop peanut butter to serve.
- Or try an apple & cinnamon version, instead of berries.
- This delicious breakfast comes in at around 28-30g protein. Add an additional dollop of yoghurt it take you over 30 g in one serve.
- Batch a few days worth in advance – will last for up to 3 days in fridge.
