
Choc Berry Protein Smoothie
This smoothie is an easy macro balanced smoothie and will keep those blood sugars and cravings in check. Optional extras always to add a little veg (frozen zucchini or spinach) to pack even more of a nutritional punch! This recipe has been adapted from the Glucose Goddess book – The GG Method. Enjoy! - 1 high speed blender
Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana frozen is best
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds ground optional
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter optional for extra creaminess
- 1/3 cup frozen zucchini optional
- ice cubes optional for a thicker consistency
Instructions
- Pop all ingredients in to your high speed blender and whizz on high until beautifully smooth.
- Pour in to your glass, drink and feel the nutrients coursing through your system.
