- 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup almond milk Pure Harvest
- ¼ cup whole rolled oats
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt greek or regular
- 1 tsp honey
- sprinkle of cinnamon to serve

- Pop all ingredients in to a high speed blender, blitz until smooth and enjoy!
